Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

Shipping Carrier:

We exclusively utilize FedEx for all our shipping needs, due to their reliability and efficiency. Please ensure you have provided a suitable shipping address that can accept FedEx deliveries.

Order Processing:

Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually on the same day they are received. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed and shipped on the same day, assuming all items are in stock and no issues arise with payment verification.

Orders placed after the 3:00 PM cutoff will also endeavor to be shipped on the same day, though we cannot guarantee this. If an order is placed after the cutoff time, it may be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Delivery Times:

Our standard delivery timeframe is within 3 business days. We strive to meet this deadline for all our customers, but please note that it's an estimate and not a guarantee. Product delivery time can depend on a number of factors, including the destination of the shipment, the time of order, and the performance of FedEx.

We do not offer weekend or holiday delivery, so orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the FedEx website.
