I. Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  1. Returns

    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  3. Shipping

    We are proud to offer free returns. You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, but when a refund is processed, return shipping costs will be included.

II. Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage

    Each product comes with a warranty, the duration of which depends on the specific item. The warranty period ranges from 1 to 2 years from the date of purchase.

  2. Warranty Scope

    The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper installation, or any other cause not related to the material or workmanship.

  3. Warranty Claims

    To claim warranty, you must provide the official manufacturer's invoice that comes with the packaging. If you need a copy of the manufacturer's invoice, please email us, and we will be more than happy to provide you with one. Contacting the manufacturer directly will require an official manufacturer's invoice.

  4. Exclusions

    Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. We will offer no warranty service without this number.
